last night i hung out with Jacques, Amber, and Emily some...we ate at the round place...uh...watched some junk on the tv...not a whole lot went on...nyquil didn't keep me asleep as long as i'd hoped...i guess i got some okay sleep...whatever...oh yeah, and i got some mail the other day that i didn't notice til last night 'cuz the package was so small it didn't even look like anything (well, big just THIN...) it contained Blade Runner, a Movie by William S. Burroughs...technically not related to the actual movie Blade Runner...it was written in the mid-70s, i believe based on a short story by some si-fi writer (NOT Philip K. Dick) and as i think i kind of half-read there was some workings to make it into a movie but it was abandoned though they for some reason decided it'd be a cool title to keep for another movie adaptation that had nothing to do with that title (that of course being for the adaptation of Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?)...maybe i'm not quite right about all that junk...i need to research it a little more...but i do know for certain this was written before the movie and not in any way related to the movie in content...(though it seems like MAYBE the two stories are kinda sorta similar in some way...but i dunno...i'm just blathering now...)
