over over over
Nov. 4th, 2005 05:08 pmokay...it's been a while so: sunday, i made use of that super 8 camera i bought the day before! i was just fuckin' around with that cartridge that was already inside...so i filmed something...i'll need to look into getting stuff developed...i'm not sure how much if any had already been recorded, it'd be fun to see something random that someone else had filmed...we'll see...maybe...then later Josh and Jacques came over and we worked some on mastering the record...Josh's laptop (that we had been transferring the songs onto) broke the other day, but the harddrive is portable and so he brought it over and we dumped it all onto my computer...we transferred over "Like Clockwork" and "Placeholder"...then i worked on monday...overtime...
tuesday was my "free" day...that night the dudes came over again for some more work on the record...actually, sunday night he didn't bring over his harddrive...we just did the 2 songs onto my computer and TUESDAY he brought the harddrive and we worked on mastering the record as a whole since it's all now on computer...then more overtime the past two nights...and i'd gotten sick...so it hasn't been fun, but not as bad as i expected...(plus my sickness had made it difficult to fall asleep so i was lacking that some...)
then last night i threw together a flyer, so i went out flyering today...atLegba Goner i also picked up:

oh yeah, and at Murphy's i ended up setting up another show: thursday, december 1st!
and those flyers i distributed today are for that show of ours one week from today!!!: friday, november 11th!!! be there, you'll enjoy it, i promise!
oh yeah, and i got my "new" schedule...it will be my old schedule as i had wanted (which is ideal if they don't have any shifts with a three day weekend anymore...second-rate ideal, i guess...) so i'll be working monday through friday 10:30 to 7 again...this is my second-to-last long weekend...so it starts the monday after next...
