The Summer

Didn't do a whole ton yesterday. Stayed home. Rewatched Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. I liked it more than when I'd seen it years ago. The first part (up until it's about Laura Palmer) feels awkward and still isn't that good, but the rest is. Something I forgot to mention last time. This past Friday I got a really large paycheck so I'm guessing it's my last and they just paid me out in a lump sum instead of continuing to pay me through the summer. Kind of scary with the finality of it all. I dunno, it's the same amount of money I guess (though probably less than I was expecting, thanks Shelby County). Anyway, it's enough to get by. Maybe it just makes the obtaining a job thing more tangibly critical.
