Last night Mary Beth and I finally finally finished the Decalogue. I guess this has made it a very Kieślowski fall break. It was the last three so that led us to not playing Ticket to Ride again as planned. We still got time to play it. Oh, we did order Little Italy and it was the least good I've ever had it (overdone). I guess everyone has their off night. I should specify that we have Ticket to Ride Europe as there are apparently gameplay differences with it and the first (I don't think I didn't even know it was the first one). Anyway, now we're to Saturday and back on a regular weekend.

i love how happy your little pink square guy has been lately. and i agree to the letter, down to the "everyone has their off night, whatev" re: little italy. the guy seemed a little more frazzled than usual too.

If you guys ever come out here, we live outside an old Italian settlement that has some good restaurants.. Specifically, there are a total of three in the town, 2 Italian, one pizza.

Also, thanks to Tyson, this county has more mexican and South American food than you'd be able to sample on a single trip.

I have been informed Central American may be more accurate. Guatemalan, Argentinian, El Salvadorian, etc. Katie's first comment about the area is that it's a whole town made of the more Latino areas of Summer Ave. just not dangerous at all. They are also big into fusion here. There's a Mediterranean/Mexican place I'm dying to try.

Our Asian focus is Thai/Vietnamese rather than Vietnamese/Chinese. They are better here on flavor and price, in my opinion.

Also, Katie wants to be sure you have been to the South Parkway Colettas.

Oh, I forgot to mention the abundance of Mexican bakeries.
