Preparations

I went to the gym Friday after work. My arm/shoulder seemed all better, that was good. Mary Beth and I went to Josh's birthday shindig in the morning. I couldn't stay there long 'cuz the band had practice. Paul was there so I dragged him to my place where Jacques was waiting. We practiced and sounded good and stuff. Afterwards Jacques and Paul and I went and had some pizza, yo. Then there was a little bit of hanging out at Paul and Shawna's. I went to the gym and my arm/shoulder was back to being a little sore. I was mostly okay, but I couldn't do my overhead press. Then we had another practice. Our last before our show (THIS WEEK). We went through the set and we were good so I'm pretty fuckin' excited. Oh, we also made arrangements for a minivan rental this weekend. That's a hassle, of course. Back to work today. The world is lighter.
