ateolfThanksgiving was yesterday and all. Mary Beth and I went over to my parents'. They ordered food from the store. This was an effort to keep my mom from over-stressing herself. Although my dad and she still found a way to argue about the "preparation" of the food at one point. My sister and nephews were there as well. We brought their baptism gifts 'cuz we forgot 'em on Sunday. Jason was really into this plush church that unzips and contains a plush priest, altar boy, layman, and laywoman. He treated them as action figures with lots of explosion sounds. Lizzie seems a lot better. She still leans a little, but she's walking alright. Afterwards Mary Beth and I brought food over to my grandmother's and hung out with her for a little bit in the evening. Then we watched a Netflix dvd we'd had for about 10 months (Nashville, it was good). This morning I went to the gym by myself again as Mary Beth still doesn't feel quite over her cold. I guess that's what I've got for the time being.
