ateolfafter i went to the library the second time wed night, i stopped by Wherehouse Music to get Wire's Document and Eyewitness, since cdnow wasn't able to get my order...as i walked in i glanced through the el cheapo stuff-we-can't-sell-and-are-trying-to-get-rid-of bin and found Beastie Boys' Paul's Boutique for $7 or $8 (which is odd 'cuz i had just listened to Ill Communication for the first time in a couple years i'm guessing that day and was thinking about how not bad the Beastie Boys are...) so i got that...and they had the Wire cd i was looking for (although quite expensive...but it was something i NEEDED...)
more on mixtapeforhim: i've decided that i'm gonna haveta go back and cut out some songs i've already put on it, as hard as that is...but starting off, i put several songs for some bands, and while they would be great on the tape, i need more room for other bands so i'm gonna haveta trim it down...and i had also thought of even more stuff that needs to go on...hopefully i'll manage to squeeze in the perfect balance...hopefully i'll get done w/ all this damned school crap that's attacking me now so i can get back to the tape soon...
damnit...i think there was one more thing i was going to mention...but i'm forgetting it again...even though i think it was only marginally interesting at best...shit...i just can't remember it...oh well...i'm sure i'll remember it the moment after i hit send...then i'll decide if i feel like it's still worth bothering w/ or not...oh...what timing...i think this is it: the other day i was listening to the "band"'s old practice tapes...neat hearing stuff i had even forgotten we had written...that's all...see, i was right...marginally interesting at best...but, I DON'T CARE! HAHAHAHAHA! (don't worry...i don't know what the hell i'm going on about either...)
