i am published!!!

my short story "Across the Street and into the Bushes" has been published! i got my copy in the mail today! it's a small literary zine...definitely diy...but done with some care and not shitty looking...it's called Purple Alchemy...it's small but it's still something and i'm happy...ooh, and it's the first story in it...there are two poems before...but yeah, even it probably means nothing i'd enjoy self-delusion...if anyone happens to be in the Olympia, WA area and happen to see it around you should pick it up, yeah! of course i have no idea where it'll be, but uh...if you see it around...it's geared towards "experimental" writing...everything's short 'cuz there was a limit...(which is why my shortest story at the time was submitted...) anyway...i don't have anything else to say...but uh, yeah!

even if it was the worst zine ever,

hey, thanks! the zine doesn't seem bad...just small...and the person who edited it put effort into handmaking it, so that's nice...but yeah, it's a huge jump from my previous publishing "status"...next stop: Norton Anthology of Literature!
