a couple work things related to the whole corporate sellout thingie...one: everyone had to bid for a shift again...we got those back and i kept my schecdule thankfully...two: while vacation time will transfer over to the new company, floating holidays will not so i have to use up my floating holidays before august...so i asked for a week off in july and it came back approved today...ra...it's lame having to break up my "vacation" instead of hoarding it all up and taking it all at once as my preference would be...anyway i came home and watched as much Revelations as i could...i guess that's all...nothing going on really...

How much vacation do you get per year? Or per pay period, as it were?

last year i somehow got a little over 3 weeks...i THINK it should be closer to 2 weeks...i always forget stuff like that...my megavacation last year was badass...too bad it coincided with a bunch of turds...

I get three weeks a year, and I had to be there for 5 years before getting that additional third week.

i think last year was a fluke...but maybe i got some extra time added because of perfect attendance or something...but whatever...having to break it up this year sucks balls...
