at work today i think i got a fucking "verbal" [write up]...because i didn't put the book i was reading down the instant a call came up and i wasted a couple seconds finishing the sentence i was on/marking my place...the supervisor who was being a bitch said she was going to talk to my supervisor and then one of them was going to administer it...though no one said anything about it later so maybe it didn't happen...i dunno...i guess i have to assume it did for now...whatever...after work i swung by Jason's work and picked up a few things he had ordered for me:

then i went to Bhan Thai for Paul's birthday shindig...it was cool...i think thai is like now my second favoritest food behind indian...after that we went to Paul and Katie's apartment and hung out for a while...there was a huge group of people...i had my Family Guy dvds and we watched some of those as well as some of The Warriors, though we weren't actually watching that...well, i had picked up my ARP Avatar and Sequencer from the storage space earlier and on my way back here i took them by the apartment...i was going to test out my new synth...i couldn't quite figure it out yet...i need to bring the sequencer's manual so i can be certain i'm hooking up the cv/gate/etc correctly...i wish the inputs for the modules on my new synth were labeled and all...i mean, they're kind've placed in order geometrically speaking...but it's still a bit of a puzzle to figure out just where everything's supposed to be patched...oh well...i guess i'll figure it out...
