right now there are twenty-four cds chock full of Throbbing Gristle goodness waiting for me at the post office...i saw one of those "we're sorry we missed you" thingies from the usps for me downstairs when i woke up this afternoon...at first i was really confused...i haven't ordered anything lately? what sort of package could have possibly been delivered to me? did someone send me a christmas present? then it hit me...it just happens to be right around the release date for that 24 Hrs of Throbbing Gristle box set...i happened to have pre-ordered one a few months ago...i have nothing else coming to me...woohoo! it's here...i went by the post office on the way to work but the line was in-fuckin'-sane...i had a good bit of extra time before work but not THAT much...hopefully they'll re-deliver it tomorrow/today...and hopefully after i'm already awake...if not i'll go back to the post office...at an earlier hour...and i have no work to be at tomorrow anyway...work tonight was alright...early on i devliered some food to Brad's house...it's been a while...it was him and Philen...i did something uncharacteristic of me as of late and took a break and hung out there for a little while (10/15 min i rekkin...) i hadn't seen much of either of 'em lately...especially Philen...i guess i owed it to him anyway 'cuz of the extremely BIG TIP Philen gave me...that's right! after a while it started stormin' like a motherfucker...it didn't get super-busy though...but i guess a little busy for a wednesday...for the most part i was getting some fat-ass tips because of the weather (rightly so! there was flooding all over the goddamn place...the insanity!) it sucks closing w/ Dan though...he can be a bitch...one more thing: dudes, practice should still be on for tomorrow night...YEOW!!!
