Stationary

I got a cd in the mail yesterday with a couple cds: Langham Research Center: Tape Works Vol. 1 and Sound Journeys: Switzerland. While driving around yesterday, I saw a sight I'm pretty sure I've never seen before (or only on a rare chance long ago and I'd forgotten) but I saw the front of that power station that's right next to U of M (that you'd generally see if you're on Southern across the tracks). But you turn down the street in that little enclave of richy houses right by the university and at the end, before it turns a corner towards Goodlett, it leads to the power station. And it's revealed through an archway of all those trees in the neighborhood and the front of it has a giant kind of arch as well and it's maybe Art Deco or something close and huge and a pretty spectacular view. Anyway, that's all. Later at night Mary Beth and I had root beer floats. I also had trouble getting to sleep last night because of stomach issues (hopefully they weren't related...last time we had floats a few days ago I didn't have any problems with it). Anyway, again anyway.
