Had another low key day yesterday. I got this cd in the mail: Sonic Youth: Live at Columbiahalle. I probably don't need a live recording of theirs from 2009 that's very The Eternal-heavy but I guess I'm just a sucker! Mary Beth made a birthday cake that's a bunch of chocolate crepes stacked with chocolate mousse. It's super-rich and I got super-full almost immediately, but it's really damn delicious. Later at night I watched The Creamator which I liked, it has some very excellent editing. Also got a Strand gift card from Mary Beth's parents so now I need to think of more books I want...!
