Finishish

I spent a good bit of yesterday practicing a thing on the drums. I'll eventually get to recording it, but first I had to make sure I could actually play. Definitely can tell I'm out of fucking practice on the drums! Which is sad. I mean, just keeping a steady eighth note on the hi-hat got my arm tired! Yikes. I should keep the pads on and just play periodically just to keep up. Didn't get to recording anything yet, also not everything is set up yet. I need to see if I can dredge up a semblance of one more mic stand. Mary Beth and I also binged more BoJack Horseman. We only have three more episodes left this season! My team finished running the load script we'd been running for the past month plus in prod! The database is all up-to-date. Hooray...until I found out there's one sync application out there still using a version of the api in question we thought was decommissioned (I even ran a test against it and thought it wasn't working, but maybe after all I had a mistake in my request, I don't know, that was a long time ago). At least this thing seems to be pretty low volume. Anyway, I'll just run a little export on the db and run the script periodically until we get a fix in. Not a bit deal but a little annoying. Came home to the first bit of fun from Friday's amazing winnings in the mail: Vladimir Ussachevsky: Electronic and Acoustic Works. Just got interrupted to be on a facetime with Mary Beth's parents, but uh guess I was about done anyway!
