2018: an Imax Odyssey

Went to see my favoritest movie ever on a giant-ass imax screen! So yeah, 2001: a Space Odyssey is playing in town on the big big screen for a week. Last night was the first night. Zach and his girlfriend Megan (not sure if I'm spelling it right) picked Mary Beth and me up and we went together. First ate at Sear Shack (which I now know to be a bootleg Shake Shack). It was, of course, insanely awesome. The only other time I've seen it on a big screen was the drive in and that's super-fun but the image quality is far from the best. This was huge and beautiful and it was a joy as always to see that movie. I'm definitely going to try to go at least one more time while it's still here. Due to reasons where I was going to go out for a team lunch one day this week but that was cancelled but I forgot to communicate (well, I thought I'd never actually communicated the team lunch to begin with so I didn't think I needed to mention that it was cancelled, but I was wrong!) I didn't have a lunch for today so I went out with Zach and we had Pho Binh. So yeah, been a nice day or so.
