Went over to Luís's to drop of cds before he goes to Portugal later in the week. Stayed and talked with him for a little bit. Emily was running around a lot. Mary Beth and I spent the night screening movies for Indie Memphis. She's been doing it a lot for a while on her own. We got signed on a little before Memphis Concrète so I was busy for a while. This was my first time to do it. It was fun. We went for a few hours and got a lot watched. Some good stuff (some bad stuff of course, but mostly not terribly bad, and of course some middling stuff). Overall, we were up late watching and had a lot of fun, I think. Now I'm awake for another day. Trudy's been super-angry. We started only giving her the medicine once a day, because she's been hiding from us almost all day anyway. Here's a tidbit about Pitchfork Festival I forgot: the weather! It rained every day of the festival! Mostly not too bad. Friday was the only day I broke out my poncho. When it did rain it was mostly light. I was happy to be wearing my old hiking boots as they stayed dry on the inside. That's all!
