Got some ice cream at La Michoacana yesterday before heading to the grocery store. Not a whole lot else. Today was to be a non-intervals day, I was just gonna do regular jumping jacks for a time, but my muscles are still so fucking sore. I think I need a day of rest to recover. Anyway, I guess that's about it for now.
