Broke my habit of sleeping in and got up for work and stuff. First day back. Next week will be even earlier and there will be students too and stuff. Mostly faculty meeting setup for the day. I was waiting to find out what my new room would be and got the news at the end. I don't have a room this year. I'm floating. A pretty clear sign (especially considering the single Algebra 2 class I have this year). I'm not gonna let it bring me down though. I'm gonna take a positive approach to it. It definitely solidifies that I have something to prove. Also, it'll give me a chance to be out and about in the building and actually meet/talk to more people than I normally do sequestered to one part of the building. I guess I'll also be forced to think outside my comfort zone and take a different path in my planning. So in spite of my initial feelings, I'm making myself look forward to it.
