Uh...

Accomplished my second bout of being back to the gym. Now I'm gonna have another week of missing it (though just one week, that was standard issue during the school year). Not too much else. I got a package of dvds from Criterion: Amarcord, Harakiri, and Elevator to the Gallows. Every week or few days they have this special online that's some Hulu tie-in, I guess movies that are being featured on Hulu, and these few movies are half off on their website. They've done it before and there'd be a dvd I'd be interested in, but to get free shipping the order has to be over fifty so then it negates the deal and kinda makes it not worth it if you're just getting one. Well, they finally had one where there were enough I was interested in to make it worth it! Woo. There will be a sequel to this story. Stay tuned.

Heat

Mary Beth and I went over to Josh and Molly's this morning and hung out with them (and the kids) for a little bit. I got some mail: Pearls of the Czech New Wave dvd box set. This was the to-be-continued part from my last post talking about Criterion. My last purchased earned me a $50 gift card through their loyalty or whatever program. So right after getting those dvds, I snatched this one up. Sweetness. Ryan came over later and we all watched some Game of Thrones 'cuz he hadn't been able to see it. Upon investigation, the ac unit outside does not seem to be powering on at all. The fans are blowing, but coldness isn't happening. It is hot in here. I guess being in the car for many hours doesn't sound so bad now (THAT ac I got fixed at least).
