yesterday Mary Beth and i joined my family for dinner...my uncle Dale who i've only seen a few times in my life the last time being 13 years ago was briefly in town...i guess he recently almost died, maybe lung cancer i'm not sure...he's a year younger than my dad and looks twice as old and all bones...we met over at my grandmother's...he went back today but might be coming back in two weeks (he had to leave unexpectedly for work...) afterwards we went and saw Ryan's new apartment that he's just moving into...very close by...we played settlers and i won for the first time in a while...i woke up early this morning to call and set up an appointment with a podiatrist...i go the day after tomorrow...
