WOOO!!! I GOTS INTERNET AGIIIIN!!!
Feb. 11th, 2004 08:26 pmthis happened just a short while ago this evening...Tim came home shortly after i did with the drivers for the modem and now we's in bizniz...
one thing i forgot to say in my last post is how last week ESG: A South Bronx Story came for me in the post...one cool thing at work is since last wednesday and all this week i've been given an extra 15 minute break...why, i don't know...maybe it has some connection with the "all star" parking...maybe not...anyway, speaking of work, today was nice and not-at-all-busy...i finished reading Tape Delay: Confessions from the Eighties Underground...yesterday The Family Ghost practiced...we didn't even go through the "set" at all...we just started writing this other new thing and the whole time was spent further composing, etc...so far it's turning out to be really really really fucking good...and later on last night after everyone had left, i picked the guitar back up and tried to work out a transition to better flow from the first part of the song to the second...and after stumbling around with my limited chording ability, i came up with something that i think works pretty damned well...it's like the first time i've ever done anything like that, tried to write a transition between two parts, a 1 time type of movement...but yea, i'll shut up about that...i'm pretty proud of the way it turned out...uh...i don't guess i gots nothin' really to say...so i'll just shout atcha'll later...as i actually can now!!! aren't YOU excited?
