the ones i got yesterday were just so fucking good i had to go back for the others...spending WAY too much money but it's damned worth it, i say...and by the way, these Tom Waits albums are definately among his best work...i wanna make a mix tape just so i can put "Kommienezuspadt" on it...that's prob'ly his best song EVER...after work practice happened...woohoo! we went over those songs we wrote the other week and then, WROTE TWO MORE NEW SONGS! another woohoo! they fucking rule too...the first is kind've a standard me & Jacques on guitar, Paul on bass, and Brad on drums...but the next song, Brad went to the glockenspiel so i hopped behind the drums...it makes the first song written w/ me on the drums w/ the whole band...and our second glockenspiel song...ROCK! after that was a brief stint at Neil's for krokieokie...i did "When a Man Loves a Woman"...now i'm home...oh, and i had bid on the Ryko issue of Bowie's Heroes before i left for work and now that i'm back home i've found that i won...rock on!

ah...

what do i have to do today? lessee, aside from practicing w/ the band again and then going to see the Damo Suzuki and Cul de Sac show (as well as catching The Simpsons, of course)...NOTHING! i haven't had many days like that in a while, usually it's work or school or both...ends of semesters rule...i think i'm gonna go hang out w/ Justin as soon as i'm ready...(which i'll start on when this cd ends, priorities...)
