Ballerino and Ballerinas

In the afternoon, Mary Beth and I walked over to Ballet Memphis for their youth program performance. The first half was selections from Sleeping Beauty (Tchaikovsky). Then the second half consisted of several of the students' own creations (plus one from the director(? or some similar title) for the seniors). The dancing was good and I was also impressed by the students' choreography. I gotta say this work from these highschoolers (and maybe some middleschoolers?) was better than what we saw from college students at the University not so long ago. We walked back home and a little later we walked over to Swamp Bar and ate and stuff. It was pretty good. They really blare the music inside. I guess that's about it for now.
