So after they did the repair on the car windshield for the small crack that we got on the trip, there was another set of cracks. The damage from the rock was just a small little circle of a crack, typical of a small rock hitting the windshield. But after they worked on it, there are now two straight cracks on either side of the original coming out from it. They did something that added some more damage when they "repaired" it. I called the glass company and they scheduled a replacement. (It was an annoying call with being on hold a long time and then getting transferred into oblivion and having to start over.) So after the call, I get a chance to click on the link they sent me with the details and see the hundreds of dollars they're trying to charge that weren't mentioned on the phone. So now I need to call them back today. So fucking annoying.
