Opera

Mary Beth and I went up to the University of Memphis to see a free Opera Memphis program in the afternoon. It was just a few singers with piano accompaniment doing an array of stuff (starting with a lot of Mozart). I saw Jenny in the lobby as the Memphis Youth Symphony has weekly rehearsals there or something like that. Not too much else, later in the day we did finish the cakes we'd gotten the day before so that was fast! Chomp! Oh yeah, and we had some champagne celebrating our anniversary. I'm not a drinker, but sometimes on occasions I share a little champagne. On those occasions the amount I had doesn't tend to affect me at all, but I quickly got a bit tipsy. I felt mentally normal but physically my head was feeling a bit wobbly. I stopped and laid down and then it didn't take too long for the feeling to go away, but that was kinda weird! I guess it's some extra crunk bubbly.
