Heat

My neck has continued to hurt so yesterday I went and got some heating pads as well as a water bottle. Tried a heating pad last night and it seems to have worked pretty well. It lasted all through the night anyway, I think there still may be some warmth left so I'll try putting it back on after I've dried off. So haven't tried out the water bottle yet. Hadn't done a whole lot else, just been annoyed with my neck/shoulder.
