Anniversary Day

Yeah, so yesterday was our fourteenth anniversary! It was a pretty sweet day. I worked but then afterwards we got ready to go out and use a bunch of these gift cards my parents had given us over the years and foncy it up at Fleming's. The food was actually really good. We split this giant tomahawk steak and it was just fucking delicious. And we ended it with crème brûlée, mmm. We came back home and Mary Beth had planned on drinking this fancy champagne she'd gotten for the occasion but then was too full. We sat outside a while and hung out with Peanut. Then we went back inside and ended up dancing a little bit to our old wedding playlist that she'd recreated. Though she added in addition "Open Arms" (not originally on the playlist, but was of course at the wedding...as I sang it with my band, for those of you who weren't there). Anyway, there you have it. We had a nice and fun anniversary.
