Spooky Day

ateolfYesterday Mary Beth and I went to see Ballet Memphis's adaptation of Dracula at the Orpheum. It was a good time. Then we walked down to the river to see it still being super low. Then walking down Main St. we stopped in The Peanut Shoppe and the guy there was very talkative and funny and nice. We got a bunch of stuff but the most exciting things were these mediterranean pastry things, one like baklava but open-faced looking with a mountain of pistachios bursting out of it and one that's more of a crumbly roll with pistachios and stuff inside. One was called like burma our bourma or something but I don't remember which. They were both so fucking delicious. Then later at night Mary Beth and I watched some Schitt's Creek. Now it's back to work (scary!).
