Vet Stuff

I got this cd in the mail yesterday: Jeff Carey: Interrupt-Decay. After work Mary Beth and I went on a short little walk around the neighborhood. I again woke up in the middle of the night last night and had trouble getting back to sleep because of my back. It wasn't as bad as the night before, not as sharply painful. But I got up and laid down on the floor and that actually helped and I was able to fall asleep again there for a little bit. Then I woke up and got back in bed and finished sleeping there. The floor helped the part of my back that was sore to feel less sore (though I other parts of my back started feeling sore because of it, there was an overall neutralizing effect!). Then I got up this morning and took Trudy in to the vet for her annual checkup. She got a very glowing bill-of-health! "Don't change a thing!" And she did very well with her shots (though she got very very mad when they did the butt-stuff). Anyway, a positive morning!
