I got my car towed back home. At least they were nice and waived the inspection fee so it didn't cost anything. For now it's just sitting around back here. Repairs are probably not worth it so we'll see. Mary Beth and I spent the afternoon yesterday just hanging out on the bed and listening to full albums (Rachel's, Harmonia). We played a game of Ticket to Ride at night. And we watched The Lady Eve.

Oh man. I hate that. It’s crazy to me that they rusted out that badly! I’m glad you had a mechanic that didn’t decide they could just do it on their own. That’s worth a lot.

You don't often see it down here, but the car originally came from Rochester, NY where there's lot of snow and salt on the roads.
