Get Ready

I started getting ready yesterday afternoon for court today. Just trying on dressier clothes since I haven't worn any in so long now! (You know, the clothes that typically would have been my work clothes were I not at home in my underwear.) Later at night Mary Beth and I watched That Uncertain Feeling. Now I have to work some before that darned court today. We'll see how that goes. Hopefully well.

I have been filing things at court in sweat pants... no one has said anything yet. :)

Yeah, I know "dressing up" in a button-up shirt and slacks and sneakers isn't required, but I can't shake that ingrained voice that tells me I can't slob it up (especially when I'm the one in "trouble" with my "improper lane change").

Good point. I have sort of imploded into full slob this year. I’ll need to tighten that up!

They have you a ticket for improper lane change??
