Sun Shade

The big excitement for yesterday was getting a windshield shade for my car. I do kind of miss the old cardboard ones with sunglasses printed on them from my childhood days. Other than that...I've probably had some kind of unknown medical issue for the past...hard to say...approaching two weeks maybe. There's a soreness that's mostly low-key and in the background, but it hasn't gone away. And more and more, when I try to go to sleep at night, it's just there. I guess 'cuz that's the only thing for my consciousness to focus on so that's all I notice and I have trouble falling asleep until I'm just absolutely beyond exhausted. I'm resolved to not put it off any more and try to set up a doctor's appointment today.
