last night, shortly before dinner, i finished reading Nova Express...and here's something mildly weird: the book ends w/

the mildly weird thing being that that's my birthday...not counting the year, of course...after eating a bunch i went over to David's and we watched Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me...the marathon is now complete...then we watched Death Race 2000...Paul showed up and eventually we decided to go eat...we first went to CK's on Highland but that was crowded so we went to CK Rockets, which was virtually empty...then back to the apartment...much time wasting...we started working on Guns 'n' Robots' first song now called "Bathwater Baby"...it was an entertaining bit of sleep deprived fun...i finally got home about 8:30am...didn't wake up 'til a little after 6...so i fucking missed The Simpsons...which pisses me off 'cuz i never get to see it on weekdays...at least i was able to watch it yesterday...actually i did wake myself up at 10 to get band practice happening...i called Brad but he had to open this morning...he didn't have to a few days ago...he said they asked him to open the other day, why the hell did he agree if he knew we were practicing...WE REALLY FUCKING NEED TO PRACTICE...bah!

i wondered what happened there. i do wish bradley had a stable work schedule so's we could have a stable band schedule. wrote some stuff on a new song, fyi. want to get band input.

he wasn't scheduled so he COULD'VE said no...bah...i think yesterday i came up w/ the beginnings of something on the bass...fyi...
