I had a much better day today. Got what I'd needed to get done moved along (really was finished yesterday, but I made the final push by getting the code merged in). Had a demo with businessfolk today (the one I was stressing out about over yesterday when shit wasn't working). Well, came in this morning and the shit that wasn't working was working again. So yay. We had a pre-demo prep and that went well. Then the demo (actually that was also a pre-demo for the real-real demo tomorrow). At first shit wasn't working. No text went through. And I'm like, mother of fuck this literally just worked what the fuck is going wrong? Then we found that there was a typo in the phone number that was given and it wasn't the correct phone number so they got the right number and it worked so yay. So happy we're about to get something really checked off. I just came in to my last birthday cd finally coming in the mail: Musica Futurista: the Art of Noises ("music & words from the Italian Futurist movement 1909-1935"). Also, the Pierre Schaeffer tribute compilation I'd worked on came out today! Here's a link to my track. I listened to the whole thing and it's really good!
