My team went out for lunch today for Feng's birthday. We went up to Bluefin. The food was okay. I had bibimbap and the egg was overcooked (almost looked scrambled). It didn't taste bad or anything, but I've had better bibimbap. Things were kinda slow anyway, but then when it was time to checkout their internet was down and they couldn't do credit cards but they eventually took them by hand the old fashioned way, but we were waiting for it forever. What else? That reminded me of an anecdote we heard in standup this very morning about this wallet widget some team developed and how someone was talking about it and said that it can take payments but it can't process payments (much laughter about what that might mean, etc etc). Anyway, I left work a little early. And it's Friday and I'm home and uh yeah!
