Mostly spent a lot of time yesterday being lazy and wasting time. Did the usual Saturday errands-running. I finally did a little patching and getting something together for my show on Tuesday. Still got more work to do. I finally got to try the "California raspberry" flavored coke. Really good stuff, Georgia peach is still the best thing ever, but this one's really nice too. Oh, I also spent the morning yesterday doing some work. Finishing the thing I'd started on Friday to try to fix the issue related to Thursday's deployment. I got it fixed so we'll see if we an actually ever get it deployed! We also went and did the Jo Jo feeding. I was able to exercise again for the first time in a few days. I remembered a few things I'd neglected to mention before. One thing about the trip, just a little bit outside of Memphis I realized I'd left my good earplugs at home! I made due with foam plugs for the festival and it wasn't too bad. Another thing. Trudy'd gotten a lot of fluids during the surgery and they let me know to put her near a litter box when we got home 'cuz she'd probably have to pee a lot. Well, the ride home isn't super-quick and she didn't make it all the way. So we realize after she gets out of the box and is a bit wet and trailing pee as she runs around in circles. I tried to help this and clean her up but that just made things worse and she got really mad and growled something fierce. Anyway, left her to her own devices and to clean it up herself. Also, I have to give her this pain medicine orally twice a day. By this morning, she's gotten wise to me and has started being very difficult! So now I foresee a lot of fun twice every day! Woo.
