the opening band was Legion of Divine Punishment...really bad local band...the funniest fucking thing i've seen in a long time...

"This next song's about fucking dead people. . . It's called 'Dr. Deadsex'!"

i need to go to more metal shows...

next was Adios Gringo...local hc/metal...they're really good live...the drummer's fucking amazing...makes the coolest funny faces...

and finally: Anal Cunt...a bunch of redneck frat boy types showed up...the first most pit i've seen in years...i had forgotten about those things...i was right up front...and kept getting bumped...but it was alright other than that...

I was at a hardcore show a few months ago, and most of the kids were doing the "meat tube", which involves them running around in one big circle occasionally smacking people for no reason. The fun part is punching them back.
