ateolfLast night Mary Beth and I went to see the RiffTrax of The Room. Had never seen the whole thing, just "best of" type clips strewn togther. I had worried it'd be one of those bad movies that has some really funny stuff but ends up overall being mostly painful. It was not. It's badness is pretty amazing. Kinda on the level of Troll 2 in its enjoyableness (and learning more about Tommy, quite a few parallels with the directors as well). Also, the RiffTrax jokes aided wholly in the experience (but it would be a treat regardless). Today was wear a hawaiian shirt and shorts and flip flops to work day. I'd forgotten though! Oh well. There were still free smoothies! On top of the doughnuts that were brought in by my manager. Mary Beth secured tickets to fucking Kraftwerk in Nashville this morning! Coming up in a few months (right next to our anniversary!) Very pumped about this.
