Went to work this morning and was there for a little while. I got a little worried because our principal was letting those who'd joined the PTSA leave early. Well, I had joined and paid yesterday, but I was told my card would be mailed. He was checking cards. So at first there wasn't anything I could do, but after a little bit the lady came back up to accept more members and she remembered me from yesterday and gave me a card. So now I'm home and gonna work here (as I don't have an actual classroom and there's no ac in the building today or tomorrow, it's a much better place to be and get work done from). I also got to talk to the rest of the teachers whose rooms I'll be floating in but one.
