ateolfi wrote a little more yesterday...ummm...our song for the Free Kitten tribute is currently being mastered...i don't remember if i mentioned earlier or not, but it was supposed to be ready earlier but then one of the bands wanted to redo their song so she had to wait for that and then re-do everything...but the guy who's doing the SY tribute emailed me (he's doing the mastering for the FK one too...) wanting to know if we wanted the tape hiss edited out...then i emailed him back saying sure if it doesn't mess w/ the synth that's kind've hissy sounding (which it prob'ly wouldn't, but...to be safe and stuff...) and then he emailed me back w/ this:
cool. btw, i really dig yr version of the song. the other version on the tribute is truly horrendous... if you can reveal, how did you achieve the finished product? if it ain't too much to type up, feel free to give me a rough idea of how you recorded it.
and i did...but that's pretty cool...ppl like it...hopefully he'll have the SY tribute ready in the not-too-distant future...didn't do much else yesterday...just sitting around and crap...today i went and got some groceries...ummm...that's about it...i think Jacques and i are prob'ly gonna get a little rockin' done tomorrow...get some strategizing done...maybe i'll study today...i always say that...but maybe i will today...
