yesterday i got a package from thinkgeek: a Stylophone (couldn't resist one) and a shirt that says in a circle, "in order to understand recursion, one must first understand recursion," Mary Beth and i went to Cheeburger Cheeburger and i ate the one pound burger...i thought i would get a shirt or something but they only took my picture...while knowing one pound would be a lot, the burger was much bigger than i expected...their putting it between buns is done with as much pretense as Payne's rib sandwich...knife and fork were provided...the meat spilled out of its continer a few inches around...needless to say it was a much less tasty burger than a normal-sized one...obviously only for novelty and bravado's sake...i felt a little dirty after eating it too...late in the evening a trip to spin street got me: The Locust: Safety Second, Body Last and Mike & Rich: Expert Knob Twiddlers...at work today i finished reading Three Plays by Kōbō Abe, it was okay...not nearly as good as his non-dramatic works i've read...got a package in the mail today: a one gig stick of memory...after a few minutes of use with it in, my computer seems much better...the memory has been tripled...it was a sad sight before...it actually seems normal now...we'll see...
