last night Mary Beth and i were walking and we ended up talking to Ryan on the phone and ended up hanging out with him and Paul and his russian wife in for a visit from russia...we walked over to side street/red bar (didn't even know they had food much less that it's so amazing! but i digress) we hadn't seen Ryan in a long time so that was swell...and of course a newly russian dude...much novelty, etc...also, i forgot to mention in my last post that the night before last i randomly and suddenly got a horrible pain in my neck...it got better yesterday and maybe still slightly better today, but it's still stiff...the other night it was really bad though...it was right before i went to bed...don't know where it came from...it sucked...had to take a ton of ibuprofin and when i woke up in the middle of the night too...but it's better now and that's all...
