Mary Beth and i went over to my parents' yesterday...later we went to see the Sun City Girls show at Odessa...we met Jacques and Brad up there...first was a film of short movies (i think made by the dead guy from the band...) the majority of which consisted of the guy making said short films lip synching badly in front of a videocamera...it wasn't very good...then the two surviving members played an acoustic set...i'd never heard the Sun City Girls before...for the most part the show was pretty terrible...there were some funny moments here and there...a few times the music was kinda good...but for the most part it wasn't...i did get a dead man's ashes blown on me...i was glad to finally to go Odessa, which i'd been meaning to for some time...anyway, i trained at work today for the new system we will be using...it's lame 'cuz i had to wake up fuckin' early...it was at 9...one of the earlier training classes was at 10 which is almost my schedule...they made people who come in early go to that one but not the one closer to their schedule and the same with me...they're pretty dumb...so of course i'm tired...at least the day went by fast not working...
