i finally got some quality sleep (though not nearly enough, of course) that night...we got up really early to make it back so i could get to work on time...(woohoo! fun...) more long drive that i wasn't able to sleep through for the most part...not up until towards the end...we did end up driving through downtown Birmingham, AL by accident...i'd like to go back there...for some reason it looked really cool...the downtown part at least...we made it back w/ a little over an hour to spare before i had to go in...i made several trips to the Gilmore...on one of 'em i made a delivery to none other than Porn Nurse from the old days at Neil's...she was like "you're that guy from karaoke!" or something...she asked me to sing something...there was some guy inside who she was talking to who goes to Neil's too, but i didn't actually see him...she did tip me $5...and at another point i managed to catch David in the lobby which was rad...i went straight to sleep when i got home and woke up for the exam in my stupid class...but i feel pretty stupid now 'cuz i missed the bonus question...i realized the very very stupid thing i did right after i walked out of the class...DOH! oh well...it's just the bonus question...i'm sure i got a 100% otherwise...i've been sleeping almost the whole time since i've gotten back from that...i wanna sleep a little more before i wake up fully and get started on studying for my exam and doing my homework...i'll also say that i have my computer back up in my room...i'm currently using it...i must say i've been spoiled by my parents' dsl connection...but this cd does give me boners beyond all human belief...

That's funny, because when I was coming home from AtMANta to see Bowie, I ended up in downtown Birmingham as well, but it was at like 3 am and there were all these bums lurking around. I seem to recall that if you actually follow the highway signs (I don't remember the number), it takes you right into in downtown for some reason...

yea...straight after downtown was a bunch of ghetto...but the part w/ the tall buildings looked cool in the late morning/early afternoon...we got off like a little too soon for the exit we were supposed to get off of...it was a slight detour from the path we took going to AtMANta...but it got us where we was going...and w/ some scenery to boot! (well, i enjoy looking at foreign cities anyway...buildings are like the best thing ever...)
