I inadvertently discovered that there is a historical marker for Tennessee Williams's grandparents' house, it's just not right in front of the house; it's down the street a little over a block away on the median at University (I guess 'cuz that's a more conveniently neutral spot). I did a kind of sort of working on music yesterday where I set up the patch for that foreground part I keep talking about (it wasn't plugged in where I could hear it or anything, just laying down the pipe-work (cables!)). Mary Beth and I ordered some India Palace to pick up for dinner last night. We got a complimentary mango lassi. When he rang me up, he switched two digits on the total in such a way as to add $30 to the price. I spotted it right away and he voided that order and then offered me a second mango lassi. So we were lassied up. After eating we watched Splendor in the Grass and that was good. Anyway, I woke up still a little full from dinner last night. Yum!
