Baby's Got The

It's been a twenty-four hour period of better news! I mean, it hit a bit of a nadir waiting for plumber to arrive in the earlier part of the day yesterday. But he came in the afternoon and fixed our plumbing and we have hot water again! Hee got those pipes replaced too. And I'm pretty sure I misunderstood when I said it was going to take a month as I think he's all done. And yesterday afternoon I went to the vet to pick up Trudy's arthritis medication refill (she's run out right towards the beginning of all the ice and snow craziness). Later in the evening I got a text from Jacques pointing out to me that Six Finger Satellite's Instagram account had shared a dredged-up photo of me singing "Rabies (Baby's Got The)" at Karaoke Underground back at the Hi-Tone in 2015. And I think even Jeremiah Ryan commented on the post saying "that's amazing." I shared it and all, being a little thrilled about it and this morning woke up to a message from Rick Pelletier (who runs the account) saying it made his night too. Anyway, I need to go back to it and respond to it as I just saw it when first waking up. Anyway, it's been quite the dorky ride for a little dork like me!
