I exercised again last night and I was actually able to do a situp! I mean, it wasn't pretty. I was flailing around a bit and most decidedly did not have anything resembling good form. But I was at least able to physically move my body up from the floor to my knees. I could feel that point where the hinge of my lower back muscles had to struggle past, but I did it. So probably the next time it will be just a little bit better. I also tried working in mountain climbers into the routine but the floor is relatively slippery and I felt like I was sliding around too much for them to have been too useful. I'll try it with a mat next time though. Other than that, just work. Fixed a production issue. Went home a little early. Now it's a nice long weekend!
