Sunday Workday

So I worked yesterday, just from home, was pretty much on call. Had to do a few things and respond to a few things here and there when they popped up. Mostly I tried to find time to read. I went into the office this morning real early at 7 so I had to wake up super-early. There were some issues and I even helped out and accomplished things at a few moments. So, go team. My manager ordered food from Saigruha, a bunch of biryani (even goat biryani!!!). And Saigruha is the best so it's awesome to be able to get food from there as we go so rarely since it's as out east as it is. Anyway, thought we were going to be done earlier and I'd be able to go home earlier. Almost were, but there was this one call where people were on the phone with my manager kinda going in circles and wasting everyone's time. Mary Beth and I were hoping to be able to go over to Josh and Molly's to hang out but that non-issue kept me just long enough to be able to miss the window. Oh well! At least I'm home now. We'll see what sort of fires turn up tomorrow when the pilot go-live starts for real for real.
