I finished loading Christmas music on all the tracks of the cassette in my four-track machine yesterday. Later in the day I worked on setting up patches for it to interface with my modular. So hopefully by Wednesday I'll have something resembling a plan for my performance! In the afternoon I went to this art gallery to see Luís play with this blues guy. First the blues guy played solo. I think mostly covers of old blues standards, I recognized a few Robert Johnson songs. So yeah, fancy art gallery filled with upper-middle-to-upper class white people listening to a white guy playing blues. Not too surprising. It was kinda boring for me, but I guess not the worst thing ever. Then he played with Luís doing beats and electronics. I think the project name they have is OCB (Obsessive Compulsive Beats, I think...). Later at night I watched a little more Marvelous Mrs. Maisel with Mary Beth. Then I worked today. Got some stuff done. There was a potluck. I brought some cookies and a pie that Mary Beth made. And I ate a lot of food. This one was Terminix-wide and it wasn't as awesome as the IT department one, but it was still quite nice.
