Changes

So we were supposed to go to this potluck yesterday at Chris and Megan's but it got cancelled and we didn't know. My fault we didn't know 'cuz I forgot to reply to his message to let him know we were coming. Then there was a similar bit back-and-forth later in the day regarding my dad's birthday. Had tried to contact my mom the past few days to see if anything was going on but I never heard from her. Then she messaged me later to let me know it'd happen and I didn't hear anything when I tried to find out what time and where. I finally called my dad and he'd just gotten back from the zoo with the boys and he said he was too tired. So okay. Then my mom calls me a little later to say that the boys really wanted to go out to eat so he was going out after all. So there was a bit of this bouncing around (which Mary Beth doesn't do well with). Other than that it was a day of watching movies. In the early afternoon we watched Magnolia which I'd never seen and enjoyed. Later at night we watched Midnight Cowboy (finally getting to it since we were thwarted at the theater). I liked things about it, it was a lot sillier than I was expecting. Came home to a couple modules in the mail (the remainder of my birthday money): Doepfer A180-3 2xBuff. Mult and Make Noise Pressure Points. The latter should have a big impact on my live capabilities!
